<li>Roads Department</li>
<li>Waste Management Department</li>
<li>Other departments under CCMC jurisdiction</li>

Upon submitting a grievance, users are provided with features to:

<li>Track the progress of their complaints in real time</li>
<li>Offer feedback regarding their overall experience and seek assistance if the resolution does not meet their expectations</li>
</ul>
